2026 Outdoor Leadership Development Series (OLDS)

The Outdoor Program will start accepting students this spring with priority given to students who apply by April 20th. The application will be open on a rolling basis until filled.

OLDS aims to provide hands on experience in outdoor leadership focusing on leadership, communication, group management, risk management, expedition planning, and more while learning various technical skills such as wilderness medicine, rock climbing, mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and backpacking. Although it is aimed for students looking to work in the outdoors in some capacity, it can also be very beneficial for any student interested in the outdoors recreationally and generally anyone wanting to improve their leadership skills through the avenue of the outdoors.
